Cancellation Policy & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ascended Limited. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, if that is not the case, you will find our guidelines for returns and refunds below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To ensure your return is accepted, the following requirements must be met:

Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

A proof of purchase or invoice must be included.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us in advance via email at: support@celecte.com
Important: Please do not return any goods unannounced. Following your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the costs for return shipping are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot assume liability for packages that do not reach us.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@celecte.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are excluded from the right of return:

Personalized items or custom-made products.

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (if the seal was removed after delivery).

Sale items or gift cards (subject to legal regulations).
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it typically takes 10 to 15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
